Official Rules

Eligibility: 360training.com's Spring Training Giveaway open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Rhode Island) and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of 360training.com inc., its subsidiaries or affiliates are not eligible. This giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the giveaway constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the official rules.

Entry Period: The Giveaway begins at 8:00 am CST on April 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. April 30, 2009.

Entry: For each single course purchased from 360training.com, its agents or affiliates, you will be automatically entered one time. Examples given: If you purchase 10 individual courses, you will be entered 10 times; If you purchase a course package that contains 4 courses, you will be entered 4 times. No purchase is necessary to participate; go to www.360training.com/giveaway and complete the online entry form. Online entry forms are limited one (1) entry per person / email, duplication of emails or persons submitted by online form will be removed. By submitting your entry via the online form, you are opt-ing to receive promotional emails from 360training.com. You may opt-out at any time from receiving these emails.

Drawing: On May 1, 2009, an authorized representative of 360training.com will draw the name of winners in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of being selected depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winners will be contacted via email or phone and will be asked to provide their mailing address. If a winner does not respond within five days upon being contacted, we may at our own discretion select another alternate winner as a replacement.

Winner Requirements: The winners will be required to complete a claim form and return a signed claim form and publicity release to 360training.com. If winners fails to sign and return the claim form, 360training.com reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the eligible entry pool.

Prizes: One (1) Winner will receive a 42" LCD flat panel television, approximate retail value not to exceed $899.99 shipped to address submitted or on file. Two (2) Winners will receive an MP3 portal music player, approximate retail value not to exceed $199 shipped to address submitted or on file. Three (3) Winners will receive $500 in free online education from 360training.com. No cash or other substitutions may be made for any giveaway. Winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with receipt or use of a prize.

General Conditions: In the event that the Giveaway encounters difficulties in any way from reasons including but not limited to fraud or technical problems, 360training.com reserves the right to suspend the Giveaway to resolve the matter and resume the Giveaway at a time which conforms to the spirit of the original program OR cut off the entry period and award prizes to eligible participants. 360training.com also reserves the right to disqualify participants who may be in violation of the Official Rules or acting with an intention of fraud.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless 360training.com, its agents and affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Entrants waives rights to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages from participation in the Giveaway.

Disputes: Entrants agree that any and all disputes or claims connected with the Giveaway or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Texas. All issues and questions concerning the interpretation and enforceability of the Official Rules, participant rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of 360training.com in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
