Karen Mayer
Karen has been an educator for numerous manufacturers and beauty supply corporations since 1996, including Premium Nail Concepts, Medicool Drills, as well maintaining a Texas Cosmetology Continuing Education Provider License since 2004. She has been named as Educator of the Year for Premium Nail Concepts (1998), and is the current Education and Show Director for Medicool Drills. Although she also teaches across the nation, she is the only educator in Texas for electric file use and safety. Karen also serves as the President for American Beauty Skills Alliance.

Naomi Torres
Naomi has numerous years experience performing hair, skin, nail and massage services and is currently working in a spa. She has taught hands-on accredited continuing education classes, operated a beauty recruiting agency and served as a consultant during her career. With a love for marketing and writing she composes promotional pieces, newsletters, email campaigns and creative website content for salons and spas. Cheryl is an industry expert with over 15 year experience. During her career she has served as the Director of Education at two salons, and has created her own model of business building in the cosmetology industry. Cheryl is a former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader who is dedicated to teaching business development, and success to her students.

Dr. Dennis Arnold
Dr. Arnold has been a practicing Podiatrist since 1980, he currently has a private practice in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Arnold is a board certified podiatrist who is involved with the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Council of Nail Disorders. Dr. Arnold is passionate about educating the cosmetology industry in safety and sanitation. He is the founder and President of the International Pedicure Association, and actively teaches Sanitation in numerous states. Dr. Arnold is also a columnist with "Nailbiz Magazine" and "Nails".
