Q: I am having a problem getting my French manicure lines to look smooth and even, any suggestions?
A: Rather than just take a straight line from one side all the way over to the other side of the nail in one stroke , I would suggest another method that has worked very well in a getting a smooth, straight line for me.
When applying the white tip, take a small amount of white polish on the end of brush and start on one end of nail tip plate stroking it to center following the slight curve of the nail. Use remaining polish on brush or get more and begin at the opposite end of nail tip and take that to the center to meet first white stroke and slightly overlap for an even line. Getting a smooth line on every finger can take patience and practice, but I am sure you will master it.
